"Who Is the Monster and Who Is the Man?"

Come on, I KNOW you know what movie that is from.

Think Disney. Think 1996. Thiiiiiiiinnnnk.

Give up?

It's from the opening of Disney's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame".

Which was nothing like Victor Hugo's novel, by the way; that's probably a good thing, though, considering the audience the animated film catered to. I recently re-watched it on YouTube after, what, eleven years or so? The song "Heaven's Light" still makes me cry, I also discovered. Poor Quasimodo. :(

I love going back and watching films I used to like as a kid, although I'm just now appreciating the work that went into the old hand-drawn stuff.

That brings me to my random little question: what were some of your favorite movies when you were younger?

I recall watching "Beauty and the Beast" about 100 times and dancing to most of the songs..."Aladdin" and "Fievel Goes West" were two others.

And going WAAAAY back.... I remember being very fond of the second Care Bears Movie. (Which, disturbingly enough, I recently realized is the root of the reason why I love heroine/antagonist ships O______o)

Art update: I'm going to get the piece "Edward's Bella" uploaded...and I'm kind of Avatar'd out. I want to do other original stuff for a while, if you don't mind. :D

I graduate from high school on Sunday. D:

I haven't seen that movie in a while. Too long. My favorite disney movie has to be "The Little Mermaid". I still love that movie. And Aladdin. And Peter Pan. Those are some awesome movies.

Guilt never saved anyone.
OMFGGGG HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME IS LIKE MY FAVORITE DISNEY MOVIE EVARRR. For srs. :D Although, I think it may be tied with Beauty and the Beast, which is probably the root for my heroine/antagonist shipping love. :XD:

My hopes are so high that your kiss might kill me
So, won't you kill me
So I die happy?

I never really enjoyed The Hunchback of Notre Dame. :noes:

However, I did love 101 Dalmatians, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and The Great Mouse Detective. Especially The Great Mouse Detective. Just like the Carebears movie was the root of your love for heroine/antagonist ships, The Great Mouse Detective was the root of my love for pedo ships. I always wanted Basil and Olivia to get together.

Remember the Animaniacs? Not a movie, but a great cartoon! I loved them! I still do!

"Did you just compare Wilson to a tampon?"
Pocahontas 2 and Lion King 2 are among my favorites, maybe because they both have that whole hate/love relationship thing going. :giggle:
